Pipedream Warranty Claim
• Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
• Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Pipedream Products Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
• All Pipedream non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products qualify for a 90-Day Warranty.
• All Pipedream rechargeable (plugin) products qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.
• Edible products are non-refundable.
• We do not provide or sell replacement chargers at this time.
PDX Warranty Claim
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
- Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a PDX Brands Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- All PDX Brands products qualify for a 90-Day Warranty.
- Ultimate Fantasy Doll products sold through PDX are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- We do not provide or sell replacement chargers at this time.
JIMMYJANE Warranty Claim
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
- Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a JimmyJane Brands Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- JimmyJane warrants to the original buyer all rechargeable and battery-powered products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse or use other than as intended & described in the product instruction manual, normal wear & tear, tampering, unreasonable use, service performed by unauthorized service agencies, or loss or damage to removable parts, or consequential damages.
