Pipedream will investigate every case.
For Multi- Defective Products, we will need the following:
I. The customer must send a request with a list of items, including the specific reason/defect or damage.
II. Pictures are required.
III. Pipedream will determine the appropriate resolution (return or field destroy) and if it qualifies for a replacement, credit, or a different solution.
IV. The permitted request period for domestic customers is 3 months from the purchase date.
V. The permitted request period for international customers is 9 months from the purchase date.
